RenAlliance started with a frustration Miles Davis saw again and again while running dialysis centers across multiple states. The clinics were caring for patients, staff were working hard, but revenue kept slipping through the cracks. Not because of poor care. Because billing partners didn’t really understand dialysis.
Miles had lived every part of dialysis operations — compliance, staffing, financial pressure — and knew exactly why claims were failing. So he built RenAlliance, not as a vendor, but as an operator-to-operator partner. Today, RenAlliance delivers the same accountability and results Miles demands for his own centers.
